About the job
Our unit is responsible for the taxation of all the country’s non-profit and economic associations, foundations, and religious communities.
You will work with administration and more concentrated tasks that involve limited control, such as assigning and deregistering organization numbers for non-profit associations and certain foundations, payments from tax accounts, and name and address changes. You will request additional information via phone, mail, and digital mailboxes in your contacts with individuals, companies, and associations. Some cases are simple and quick, while others take more time.
You belong to the Corporate Taxation Unit 7, and your placement is in Mariestad or Uppsala. We work in teams, so in addition to Mariestad and Uppsala, you will have colleagues in Västervik. You plan your own workday and drive your cases both independently and in collaboration with others. As part of our teams, you will have the opportunity to develop and work with fantastic colleagues. The work is varied, and you will learn and gain new knowledge both broadly and deeply. The work also involves many contacts, for example with customers and other authorities. You have flexible working hours, and it is a given for us that you should have a balance between work and leisure.
About you

You should also have:
- a completed high school education
- several years of relevant work experience in administrative or similar work.
Current and relevant work experience from a government agency is desirable.
Good to know
The employment is permanent and may start with a six-month probationary period.
Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in the security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
